Welcome to Your Body Mechanic. By booking an appointment or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please refer to sections 4, 5 and 6 for the definition of a ‘no-show’ and the required process for cancelling an appointment within 48 hours. Each appointment reserves a dedicated block of professional time and clinical expertise. Late cancellations and missed appointments result in a direct, unrecoverable loss of revenue and operational time that cannot be filled at short notice.

  • Online booking is essential: All appointments must be booked through the online system to reduce administrative overhead and manage schedules efficiently.

  • Cancellation fee scale:

    • Under 12 hours or no-show: 100% fee (Exceptions apply for genuine emergencies)

  • Payment methods: Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash on the day of treatment. There is no EFTPOS or card terminal on site.

  • Seven-day payment window: Invoices are generated electronically upon booking. Full payment is due within seven days of your appointment.

  • Overdue balances: Accounts unpaid after seven days will pause future bookings until the balance is cleared in full.

  • Rescheduling over cancelling: If you cancel within the 48-hour window, refunds or credit transfers become complex due to system automation. Rescheduling as early as possible is always the better path.

  • Your consumer rights: You are entitled to respectful care, clear communication and privacy. WAYNE ARMOUR BODY MECHANIC LIMITED complies with the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights and the Privacy Act 2020.

  • Cultural safety: WAYNE ARMOUR BODY MECHANIC LIMITED honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi and provides culturally safe care. Whānau involvement is always welcome.

  • Respect and boundaries: Mutual respect is key. Administrative tasks are intentionally kept minimal so maximum energy is directed into active client care.
